Programs and methodology

We work according to “A child” educational program, designed for children from 2 to 7 years old. Ukrainian scientists, psychologists and teachers have developed it in accordance with Basic component of preschool education (State standard for preschool education in Ukraine).

The program includes the following components:

  • “Health and physical development”
  • “Speech of a child”
  • “A child in society”
  • “Child’s games”
  • “A child in natural environment”
  • “A child in sensory and cognitive realm”
  • “A child in the world of culture” (Art studio, Music kaleidoscope, Theater mosaic, Literature box).

    • We partially use such programs as “Ukrainian preschool”, “I am in the world” and “Definite start”.

    Teachers of “Levenyatko” kindergarten use educational heritage of Vasiliy Sukhomlinskiy. They also use such methodologies of preschool education as “Miracles on sand” by Tatyana Grabovenko and Tatyana Zinkevich-Evstigneeva, Cuisenaire rods, “Children’s experiments out of doors” by Nelly Lysenko, learning games of Boris Pavlovich and Elena Nikitina, Glenn Doman cards etc.
